Cineworld as operating premises hereby certifies and gives permission allowing the film maker Jake Regan the consent to film in the lobby/ bar area in Bradford Cineworld, for the purposes of research in accordance with Jake Regan’s film festival surveys.

Cineworld allow permission for Jake Regan to interview employees of Cineworld Bradford for the purposes of Jake’s Regan’s film festival research. Cineworld also authorize the publication and editing of any interview material Jake Regan captures and any other manner throughout the world for any period of time and Cineworld also give consent to this under the copyright design and patents act of 1988. Cineworld as a corporation accept that we are not liable to receive payment from Jake Regan, in connection with his filming and its production and any other proceedings.

Cineworld Bradford accept that Jake Regan’s interview footage inside of Bradford Cineworld is allowed to be edited at Jake Regan’s discretion and consent to the likeness, name, voice and other material being published in Jake Regan’s ‘production. Cineworld Bradford confirms and agrees that by signing this letter Jake Regan has full ownership of the interview footage in Bradford Cineworld in accordance with his research and Jake Regan is entitled to license or assign all the rights Cineworld have granted to him in this confirmation form.
